About the shop
Cicada Ink is run by Jess, a sole trader based in Wellington, New Zealand. Its focus is on hard-to-find inks here in NZ, from Taiwan, South Korea, China, and beyond.
Orders & payment
We accept payment via PayPal and Stripe, and orders made will be confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if stock is unavailable.
Shipping
Shipping is currently NZ-only. The estimated dispatch timeframe is within five working days, unless specified otherwise.
Shipping is calculated at a flat rate at check out, but for larger orders additional shipping may apply. We will contact you before dispatch if this is the case.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays by NZ Post or other delivery services, once dispatched.
Returns & damage
Inks and samples are sold in glass bottles and vials and we will do our utmost to ensure these are packaged and shipped securely. If there is any damage we will be happy to send a replacement, where stock allows, or offer a refund. We cannot accept liability for damage to other items caused by transit damage beyond our reasonable control.
Vials and ink bottles that have been opened are not returnable.
Ink disclaimer
We do our best to photograph inks clearly and depict colours to match reality, however, colours may vary from your screen to the actual ink.
